Submit Public Comments

  • Public comments may be submitted on meeting agenda items. Comments should be submitted using the [BPW to add: BPW Public Comment Form]. You can also scan QR code below. 
  • Comments will be posted without change to the Board of Public Works website and become public record.
  • Comments should be submitted no later than 3:00 pm the day prior to the meeting.

Note: Comments to the Board of Public Works relating to meeting agenda items submitted through email or regular mail will be published in their entirety on the Board of Public Works website, including any personal information included in the message, as required by [BPW to link: State Finance and Procurement Article Section 10-207]​.
