Overview

The Board of Public Works staff is led by the Executive Secretary and includes the Procurement Advisor, Wetlands Administrator, General Counsel, and dedicated operational support personnel. Together, this team manages day-to-day administrative functions, prepares meeting agendas, reviews state contracts and wetlands licenses, and ensures full statutory compliance across Board operations.
