On-Street & Metered Parking
If you prefer to look for parallel parking on the streets surrounding State Circle and Calvert Street, please keep the following rules in mind:
- Payment: Most downtown street parking uses a digital pay-by-app system. It is highly recommended to download the ParkMobile app on your phone before arriving.
- Time Limits: Street parking in the historic downtown area (Zones 1 and 2) is strictly limited to 2 hours. If your meeting runs long, you will need to move your vehicle to avoid a citation.
Traveler Tip: If you prefer to avoid tight downtown parking altogether, you can park at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium Lot (511 Taylor Ave) for a flat $10/day fee and take the free Annapolis shuttle directly to the state complex.
